Leading the frontend of the group's Drupal and React booking platform since 2024, from Paris, remotely.

Monorepo migration

Architecture

A legacy React codebase moved to the current major version and restructured into a TurboRepo, Vite and PNPM monorepo. Roughly 80 percent came off the production bundle.

Booking funnel performance

Performance

Code splitting, tree shaking and memoization applied to the conversion critical components, roughly halving load time on the key pages.

Apple Pay express checkout

Payments

Delivered end to end, including the GA4 and GTM dataLayer instrumentation and cross device validation on BrowserStack.

Maps migration to Woosmap

Platform

Drove the move from Google Maps to Woosmap, including dead code removal across both the frontend and the backend.

Playwright end to end coverage

Quality

The booking funnel is now covered by automated end to end tests, replacing the manual regression passes that used to gate every release.
